• Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar advanced role.
• Strong OS (Windows, macOS, Linux), networking and cloud knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Clear English communication to technical and non-technical users.
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field preferred.
• CompTIA certs desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting.
