Formación

• Experience in B2B sales with quota attainment.
• Minimum 2 years in SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
