Qualifications

2 years in SDR/BDR or similar sales role.
B2B sales experience preferred.
Strong written communication and personalization.
Familiar with outbound tools: Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your pipeline.

Responsibilities

Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
