Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This remote role across South Africa requires strong written communication, experience with outbound outreach, and the ability to maintain a clean Salesforce/SalesLoft footprint

Formación

B2B sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates with a proven quota track record are preferred.
Excellent written communication and personalization skills.
Experience using outbound tools to reach buyers.
Ability to manage and cleanly maintain a sales pipeline.

Responsabilidades

Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
