Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers. You’ll create the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients using thoughtful, multi-channel outreach.

This full-time, remote role requires 2 years in SDR/BDR or SaaS/agency experience, with a focus on personalized, high-quality communications and pipeline development.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience preferred, with a quota.
• 2 years in SDR/BDR or SaaS/agency role.
• Ability to research and identify decision makers.
• Capable of multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone).

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
