Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in technical sales or field support.
• Strong technical knowledge with advanced problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage a remote territory.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (fuel reimbursed).

Responsibilities

• Support installers to maximize the promotion of our full product range.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling through installer channels.
• Conduct site visits to provide installation support, troubleshoot issues, and guide installers technically.
• Deliver product training and raise awareness in the field.
• Capture all installer interactions in CRM and provide actionable market insights.
• Monitor competitor activity and report trends to influence strategy.
