Formación

• Minimum 4 years of technical recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for software developers, engineers, data scientists, cybersecurity analysts and IT support.
• Strong knowledge of IT domains, programming languages, cloud technologies and sourcing tools.

Responsabilidades

• Source, screen, and interview technical candidates for software roles and related IT positions.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche boards.
• Build strong relationships with IT professionals and understand their career goals and expertise.
• Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand technical requirements and culture.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
• Maintain an organized candidate database and CRM system, tracking progress and feedback.
• Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes for efficiency and quality.
