Placements24 is seeking a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on engineering roles to attract top software, mechanical, and electrical engineers. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience in a remote-first setting.

You will partner with engineering leads and hiring managers, source candidates through LinkedIn and niche networks, screen and interview, and help build a diverse, high-performing engineering team

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in talent acquisition with a focus on engineering roles.
• Proven success sourcing and hiring engineers across software, mechanical, and electrical domains.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top engineering talent.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering positions from brief to offer.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates; build a strong pipeline for current and future needs.
