Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with tech startups or tech industry.
• Proven ability to manage projects fully in a remote environment.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira, Trello or Asana.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple startup projects from concept to launch and optimization.
• Develop detailed plans with scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Facilitate communication among distributed teams and stakeholders.
