Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Project Manager to lead critical technology implementation projects. You will oversee deployments of software, ERP and cloud services, coordinating with technical teams, end-users and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and adoption.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in project management with IT/tech implementations.
• Proven track record deploying complex software and systems.
• Understanding of SDLC and IT infrastructure concepts.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and deployment of technology implementation projects (CRM, ERP, cloud).
• Define scope, objectives, timelines, and resources with stakeholders.
• Manage risks, issues and changes with mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate UAT and end-user training.
• Communicate status and milestones clearly to stakeholders.
• Ensure technologies meet business requirements and deliver expected benefits.
