Placements24 is seeking a skilled Remote Project Manager to oversee projects across departments from a remote setting. You will coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and facilitate communication among geographically dispersed teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.

The role requires 4+ years in project management, proficiency with Asana/Trello/Monday.com, and strong organizational and communication abilities for asynchronous collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience, preferably remote.
• Proficiency with Asana, Trello, Monday.com or similar.
• Excellent organization, time management, and remote communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, utilizing digital collaboration tools.
• Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among remote team members and stakeholders through virtual meetings and platforms.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential challenges to ensure timely delivery.
• Track project performance metrics and provide regular status reports to senior management.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed to the highest quality standards.
