Placements24 seeks a highly motivated Account Manager to nurture and grow relationships with existing clients in the technology solutions sector. Working remotely, you will be the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, identifying needs and opportunities to expand our footprint.

You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored technology solutions, drive renewals, and achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client relationship role, preferably within the technology industry.
• Demonstrated success in growing existing accounts and achieving revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of technology solutions and the value proposition they offer.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and thrive in a remote environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts, acting as their main point of contact.
• Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue growth targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
• Identify client needs and proactively propose relevant technology solutions and services.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales engineers, support) to deliver exceptional client experiences.
