Responsibilities include sourcing, screening and interviewing tech professionals, building pipelines, managing remote client relationships, and negotiating offers with remote onboarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a specialization in placing technical roles.
• Proven ability to source candidates in niche technology fields.
• Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with online recruitment tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview technology professionals for client vacancies.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through online channels and networking.
• Manage client relationships remotely, understanding their hiring requirements and culture.
• Utilize recruitment technologies, CRM systems, and social platforms for candidate engagement.
• Negotiate offers and manage pre-employment and onboarding remotely.
• Stay abreast of trends in tech recruitment.
