Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to source candidates using digital tools and networks.
• Excellent virtual communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple priorities remotely.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment software.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment process for assigned vacancies, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Proactively engage with potential candidates through online channels.
• Conduct thorough virtual interviews to assess fit and skills.
• Build strong relationships with clients through regular online communication.
• Negotiate offers and manage candidate experience through onboarding.
• Stay updated on market trends in remote recruitment.
