Placements24 is seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant specializing in IT & Digital roles. This fully remote position allows you to source, assess, and place top tech talent across software development, data, cybersecurity, cloud, and digital marketing.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build relationships with tech clients, and stay abreast of industry trends to deliver high-quality placements from a remote desk.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT & Digital recruitment experience.
• Proven ability to source candidates for software/IT roles.
• Strong IT terminology and digital technologies knowledge.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.

Responsabilités

• Source, screen, and interview IT & digital professionals for developers, engineers, analysts, and digital marketers.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top tech talent.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client requirements to offers and onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers in tech companies.
• Provide market insights on IT talent trends, compensation, and availability.
• Utilize ATS and other tools to manage candidate pipelines and track progress.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
• Stay current with emerging tech trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
