• Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit through initial calls or online assessments.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and track sourcing efforts within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability and compensation trends for technology roles.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives by representing the company professionally online.
• Contribute to improving sourcing strategies and methodologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role, with a focus on technical recruitment.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and engaging with passive candidates in the technology sector.
• Expertise in using various sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.).
• Strong understanding of different technical roles, programming languages, and tech stacks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high productivity in a remote setting.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
