Our client, a leading financial services firm with a significant presence in Randburg, Gauteng, is looking for a highly skilled Senior Talent Sourcer specializing in Finance & Accounting roles. This remote position focuses on proactively identifying and engaging passive candidates with expertise in areas such as audit, tax, financial planning, and management accounting. You will be instrumental in building robust talent pipelines to meet the ongoing needs of the firm's finance divisions. Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter, with a specialization in Finance & Accounting.
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced sourcing methodologies, particularly Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong understanding of financial services roles, including audit, tax, controllership, and FP&A.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage passive candidates effectively.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple search assignments simultaneously in a remote setting.
• A proactive and persistent approach to identifying talent.
• Experience within the Randburg or broader Gauteng financial sector is a plus.
