Qualifications

• Experienced recruiter or executive search professional.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Screening: Use AI-assisted tech and networking to source and select top candidates.
• Client Engagement: Build long-term consultative relationships with clients for talent, leadership search, and HR needs.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an active pipeline across multiple business verticals.
• End-to-End Placement: Facilitate smooth recruitment processes and lasting placements.
