Job summary

Watershed Consulting is seeking a Talent Partner for remote work to drive candidate and client engagement across our ecosystem. This entrepreneurial role offers the backing of an award-winning brand, AI-assisted tools, and multiple revenue streams.

You will source and screen talent using AI-assisted tech, build consultative client relationships, manage a multi-vertical pipeline, and enable end-to-end placements that deliver lasting results.
