Qualifications

• 2-4 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience (agency or in-house) with full-cycle recruiting.
• Daily, fluent use of AI tools as part of workflow.
• Comfortable with ATS/CRM tools and spreadsheet-based tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned client roles from sourcing to placement.
• Use AI tools daily to speed up sourcing, screening, and communication with candidates.
• Build and manage talent pipelines across LatAm and South Africa.
• Keep cost & salary calculators and shortlist trackers accurate and up to date.
