Telon is an AI-native services company transforming legal tech into measurable business results. We’re hiring an in-house Talent Acquisition Specialist to own growth end to end, with a sourcing-led approach and a global footprint.

You’ll recruit across client-facing consultants, technical and engineering roles, and legal positions, with much of the work remote and international. You’ll hire for long-term fit and move quickly with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Own full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through to offer and onboarding.
• Build proactive pipelines and talent pools across international, remote talent markets.
• Hire at pace across client-facing consulting, technical/engineering and legal roles.
• Screen candidates and review applications to a consistently high bar.
• Hire for long-term fit: skills, experience and how someone works within a team.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to keep hiring moving quickly.
