Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its rapidly growing arts and entertainment operations. This fully remote role focuses on attracting top talent, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and partnering with hiring managers to define needs.

You will source creatively, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and build a robust talent pipeline for diverse creative and technical roles.

Qualifications

• Experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter in arts/entertainment/creative industries.
• Proven sourcing and candidate attraction for diverse roles.
• Excellent interviewing, assessment and candidate evaluation skills.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment law.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles within the arts and entertainment industry.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and provide recruitment guidance.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
