Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS or related field.
- Experience as Technical Support Engineer or Systems Administrator with remote support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and virtualization.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced remote technical support for servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure.
- Diagnose and resolve complex software/hardware problems using remote tools.
- Collaborate with engineering to identify root causes and drive product improvements.
- Create and maintain technical docs and troubleshooting guides.
- Guide customers through configuration, deployment, and maintenance remotely.
- Act as escalation point for challenging issues and ensure timely resolution.
