Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Systems Setup Specialist to join a fully remote technical operations team. You will guide clients through the entire process of setting up our complex systems from their own locations, leveraging remote communications and troubleshooting to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

You will install, configure, and test systems with clients, create helpful setup guides, and collaborate with internal teams to relay feedback.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in remote technical support or customer-facing installation roles.
• Proficient in diagnosing and resolving issues remotely.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of simplifying complex tech jargon.
• Experience with remote desktop software, ticketing systems, and collaboration tools.
• Able to work autonomously in a remote setting with a dedicated home workspace.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive remote consultations to understand client setup requirements.
• Guide clients through installation, configuration, and testing via remote tools.
• Address and resolve technical issues during remote setup efficiently.
• Create and update knowledge base articles and setup guides.
• Relay client feedback and issues to internal teams for product improvement.
