Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Systems Setup Specialist to join a fully remote technical operations team. You will guide clients through the entire process of setting up our complex systems from their own locations, leveraging remote communications and troubleshooting to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

You will install, configure, and test systems with clients, create helpful setup guides, and collaborate with internal teams to relay feedback.
