Job summary

Supportwave is hiring an IT Infrastructure Engineer for a 12-month renewable contract in a fully remote setup across South Africa. The role focuses on managing Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), networking, Windows Server and Active Directory, and backup with disaster recovery plans.

You will develop PowerShell automation, perform L3 troubleshooting with root-cause analysis, and collaborate with senior escalation on L1/L2 issues.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online in an enterprise environment.
• Strong skills in Windows Server, Active Directory and backup/DR planning.
• Ability to develop PowerShell automation to streamline operations.
