Job summary

Language Recruiters is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service & Sales Representative to support customers with orders, product inquiries, pricing, and account management. You will handle multi-channel communication, maintain CRM records, and work with sales, finance and logistics to resolve issues.

The role requires German at native/C1 level, strong communication, and experience in customer service. This is a fully remote role with European business hours and potential for B2B hospitality

Qualifications

• Native-level or C1 German with excellent written and spoken skills.
• Eligibility to work in Namibia with a valid permit or ID.
• Strong computer literacy with CRM, ticketing systems and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and professional email etiquette.
• Calm, analytical and structured problem-solving in high-volume environments.
• Ability to assess enquiries, prioritise issues and deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Professional and service-oriented attitude.
• No criminal record.
• Previous customer service experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with new orders, product enquiries, account queries, pricing, promotions and general service-related questions.
• Resolve order-related issues, troubleshoot problems and provide updates on deliveries, shipping and fulfilment.
• Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, ensuring timely and helpful responses.
• Maintain accurate customer records, update account information and log interactions and support tickets in internal systems.
• Manage escalated enquiries involving payments, billing discrepancies, refunds, contractual matters and policy-related concerns.
• Assist B2B clients, including hospitality businesses and retailers, with account adjustments and bulk orders.
• Work closely with sales, finance, logistics and warehouse teams to resolve customer complaints and service issues.
• Follow established procedures, maintain customer confidentiality and uphold professional service standards in German and, where required, English.
