Placements24 is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for renewable energy solutions, working remotely to cover the Upington region and beyond. You will lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while educating clients on solar and energy storage benefits and collaborating with installation partners.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in solar or related tech sales, strong negotiation skills, and proven ability to grow a territory in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in sales, with renewable energy focus.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Knowledge of solar, storage, and financing options.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to hit territory revenue goals.
• Identify and qualify leads from multiple sources.
• Conduct virtual consultations and presentations.
• Manage full sales cycle from contact to contract.
• Build relationships with homeowners, businesses, and partners.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals.
