Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a driven Sales Executive to lead sales of solar and renewable energy solutions across residential and commercial clients in South Africa. This fully remote role enables you to control your pipeline and close deals from anywhere in the country, driving adoption of clean energy.

You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiations and closing, leveraging strong product knowledge and CRM tools to report on progress and results.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of renewable energy solutions (solar, storage).
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to hit targets.
• Identify and qualify leads through various channels (online, events).
• Consult with clients to tailor solar/renewable solutions.
• Prepare compelling proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle and CRM updates.
• Maintain client relationships and seek future opportunities.
