Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Remote Sales Manager for a South Africa-based software client. This leadership role drives revenue growth, shapes strategic initiatives, and guides a distributed sales force to exceed targets.

You will coach a remote team, align with marketing and product roadmaps, manage the end-to-end pipeline, and optimize budgets. A Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA is a plus, with 7+ years in sales and 3+ in leadership, plus strong CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce).

Qualificações

• 7+ years in sales with 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably software.
• Proven track record of managing remote sales teams to exceed targets.
• Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, analytics and CRM.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing; MBA is a plus.

Responsabilidades
