Placements24 is seeking a strategic and analytical Remote Sales Strategist to join its national team from anywhere in South Africa. You will develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion, while analyzing market trends and opportunities to empower the sales force.

In this senior, remote role you will collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams, create enablement materials, and monitor KPIs to continually improve performance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in sales strategy or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine sales strategies, processes, and best practices to optimize performance across channels.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives.
• Create sales enablement materials, training programs, and performance metrics.
