Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, with 2–3 years in a sales management or team lead role.
• Proven experience selling e-commerce solutions, digital marketing services, or related SaaS products.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective team management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of remote sales professionals to hit individual and team targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for e-commerce solutions.
• Set objectives, KPIs and performance standards for the team; conduct coaching and regular performance reviews.
• Monitor performance data, identify trends, and adjust actions; collaborate with marketing on lead generation.
• Provide forecasts and reports to senior management.
