Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work or Psychology or related field.
• Proven experience in social work, counseling, or case management.
• Excellent remote communication skills (video conferencing and digital messaging).
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools and client relationship management software.
• Strong understanding of social welfare systems and advocacy principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote counseling and support to clients facing social and personal issues.
• Assist clients in identifying and accessing social services, benefits, and community resources.
• Develop personalized support plans and monitor client progress through virtual check-ins.
• Advocate on behalf of clients with relevant agencies and service providers.
