Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Community Advocate to champion the rights of individuals in Gauteng, working entirely online. The role focuses on providing information, guidance, and access to social services through digital platforms while maintaining confidentiality.

You will engage with community members remotely, run information sessions, collect feedback, and collaborate with partners to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• A relevant background in social work, community development, advocacy, or a related field.
• Experience in advocacy, client support, or community outreach, ideally with remote capabilities.
• Excellent virtual communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools, virtual meeting platforms, and online case management systems.
• Strong understanding of community needs and social support structures.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality in a remote setting.

Responsibilities
