Blacksmith Agency in South Africa is seeking a Sales Development Representative to open doors and drive pipeline across SA. You will own research, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This is a remote full-time role; you will use LinkedIn, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality outreach.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role
• Agency or SaaS experience a plus
• Ability to personalize outreach
• Comfortable using outbound tools and managing your pipeline

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team
