Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing, and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This role emphasizes thoughtful outbound outreach using LinkedIn, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality interactions. Remote position within South Africa with full-time commitment.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role
• B2B sales experience preferred (agency or SaaS)
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
