Qualifications
- Master's degree in HCI/Design/Psychology or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of UX/UI design experience, with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design for complex products.
Responsibilities
- Lead design from research to high-fidelity prototyping and UI design.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B tests to inform decisions.
- Develop personas, journeys, and wireframes to communicate ideas.
- Collaborate with product, eng, and stakeholders to meet business goals.
- Establish and maintain design systems and style guides.
- Mentor junior designers and foster design excellence remotely.
