Placements24 is seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join their fully remote team. You will design intuitive experiences for web and mobile apps, collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into visually engaging interfaces.

Applicants should have a strong portfolio, 4+ years of UX/UI experience, and proficiency with Figma, Sketch and Adobe XD. This fully remote role supports flexible work arrangements and remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, CS or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of UX/UI design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
• Strong user-centered design, usability heuristics, and interaction design knowledge.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, create personas, and map user journeys.
• Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features and interfaces.
• Develop high-fidelity UI designs aligned to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to refine designs.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on findings.
• Advocate for users throughout the product lifecycle.
