Placements24 is seeking a creative Senior UI/UX Designer to join our product team in a fully remote capacity. You will shape the user experience and interface across digital products, translating complex requirements into elegant designs and leading design efforts from concept to implementation.

You will conduct user research, create personas and journeys, and maintain design systems while collaborating closely with product managers and developers to ensure feasible, user-centered solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Significant experience (5+ years) as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and usability heuristics.
• Experience conducting user research, creating personas, and mapping journeys.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for web and mobile applications from concept to implementation.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Create intuitive UI that aligns with brand and user needs.
• Develop UX strategies to enhance satisfaction and engagement.
• Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, and stakeholders to ensure feasibility and alignment.
