Placements24 is seeking an innovative and experienced Lead UX/UI Designer to spearhead user experience design for cutting-edge interactive media projects. Working remotely, you will drive intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning interfaces for web and mobile apps in the Arts & Entertainment sector.

You will lead a talented team, collaborate with stakeholders, and define the future of our client’s interactive experiences in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a proven track record of leading design projects.
• Extensive experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and detailed user interface designs.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, and interaction design principles.
• Experience in the Arts & Entertainment sector or with interactive media is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, essential for a remote team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring intuitive navigation and engaging user flows.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and persona development to inform design decisions and gather user insights.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define product roadmaps and design strategies.
• Mentor and guide junior UX/UI designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and innovation.
• Champion best practices in UX/UI design and advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
