Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a creative and user-centric UI/UX Designer to join our digital product team. This fully remote role lets you contribute your design expertise from anywhere, covering user research, wireframes, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design for web and mobile.

You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to craft intuitive experiences that meet business goals. A strong portfolio and 4+ years of experience are required, with proficiency in Figma,

Qualifications

Proven experience (4+ years) as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability best practices, and accessibility.
Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design insights.
Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs.
Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
Design intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement design solutions.
Develop and maintain a consistent design system and style guide.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analytics to optimize user experience.
