Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Experience leading design from concept to delivery for web and mobile.
• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and research methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead design process from concept to execution for web and mobile apps.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to inform design decisions.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure feasibility.
• Advocate for users by translating feedback into improvements.
• Mentor junior designers and promote design thinking within a remote team.
