Qualifications
- 7+ years in UX design with leadership experience.
- Proven experience leading multiple projects and teams.
- Expertise in user research, usability testing, and information architecture.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- Strong portfolio of complex interactive product design.
- Excellent remote collaboration and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of UX designers, providing direction and feedback.
- Develop user research strategies, conduct usability testing, and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
- Create wireframes, user flows, personas, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate closely with UI designers, product managers, and developers to ensure seamless integration of UX solutions.
- Define and maintain UX standards and best practices across all projects.
- Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
