Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join a remote-first team. You will lead design initiatives, mentor junior designers, and shape intuitive interfaces for digital products reaching a global audience.

You will collaborate with product managers and developers, conduct user research, and create design systems to ensure cross-platform consistency while staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design, IA, and interaction design best practices.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design process from concept to execution, including user research, wireframing, prototyping and high-fidelity visuals.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries for cross-platform consistency.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into design solutions.
• Conduct user testing and iterate on designs to improve usability and satisfaction.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative design culture in a remote team.
