Qualifications

• Master's degree required or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of experience in management consulting with a digital transformation focus.
• Proven track record leading digital strategy projects and tech implementations.
• Strong knowledge of current digital technologies and business applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements focused on digital strategy and transformation initiatives.
• Assess current processes and technology landscapes to identify digital opportunities.
• Develop digital transformation roadmaps including technology selection and change management plans.
• Advise on emerging digital trends (AI, cloud, analytics, automation).
• Manage project teams and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders, including senior executives.
