You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical requirements, engage passive candidates, and continuously refine sourcing approaches.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Sourcer with a focus on engineering roles.
• Skilled in Boolean search, passive candidate outreach and building pipelines.
• Familiar with ATS and data-driven recruiting metrics.
• Excellent communication and ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cutting-edge sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates for engineering positions.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing tools, platforms, and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, industry databases) to build talent pipelines.
• Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial outreach to assess interest and qualifications.
• Collaborate closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand technical requirements and candidate profiles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, fostering a positive candidate experience.
• Continuously research and stay updated on engineering industry trends and talent market dynamics.
• Track sourcing metrics and provide regular updates on pipeline development.
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sourcing methodologies.
