Qualifications

• Significant proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or Researcher.
• Demonstrated expertise in using advanced search techniques (Boolean, X-ray) and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent research skills and ability to identify talent in complex or niche markets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effective for remote engagement.
• Highly organized, results-oriented, able to manage multiple complex searches.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates for critical roles.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and specialized databases to map talent markets.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and assess interest and qualifications.
• Collaborate with recruitment consultants and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Build and maintain talent communities and pipelines for recurring hiring needs.
• Stay current with sourcing best practices and emerging recruitment technologies.
