• Collaborate closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand technical requirements and candidate profiles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, fostering a positive candidate experience.
• Continuously research and stay updated on engineering industry trends and talent market dynamics.
• Track sourcing metrics and provide regular updates on pipeline development.

• Expertise in using advanced sourcing tools and Boolean search strings.
• Excellent understanding of the engineering job market and relevant technical terminology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage passive candidates effectively.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Proactive, results-oriented, and highly organized approach.
• Relevant technical or HR background is a plus.
