Qualifications

4+ years in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
Proven expertise with advanced sourcing tools and techniques.
Good understanding of multiple industry sectors and technical roles.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and candidate engagement.
Ability to work remotely and manage workload autonomously; experience with ATS/CRM.

Responsibilities

Design and implement multi-channel sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify candidate pools and trends.
Use advanced search techniques (Boolean, X-ray, etc.) to identify passive candidates.
Engage and build relationships with potential candidates.
Collaborate with Recruitment Consultants to understand role requirements and sourcing needs.
Maintain and update candidate database and sourcing metrics.
