Qualifications

• A minimum of five years' recruitment experience, ideally in a consultancy.
• Proven ability to source and engage senior-level candidates remotely using digital tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for virtual interactions.
• Experience with ATS/CRM and social recruiting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for high-priority roles, remotely.
• Source and engage passive and active candidates through digital channels and networks.
• Conduct virtual interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Develop and maintain robust client relationships through regular virtual communication.
• Negotiate compensation packages and manage offers.
